Meet Tina Anthony
Tina Anthony is a strategic communications leader with more than two decades of experience building clarity, alignment, and impact for organizations. She has a proven track record of helping leaders and teams articulate their voice, elevate their presence, and connect meaningfully with key audiences.
Before founding Iris Strategies, Tina served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the NobleReach Foundation, where she built and led the organization’s marketing and communications function from the ground up. She helped launch the NobleReach brand and its flagship program, NobleReach Scholars, developed the organization’s messaging and positioning, and established the systems, processes, and team needed to support growth.
Prior to NobleReach, Tina held senior roles at Curley Company, where she led digital strategy and integrated communications for mission-driven organizations and global brands.
Earlier in her career, Tina played a key role in building the global digital presence of the Consumer Technology Association and CES®, one of the world’s most influential technology platforms. She helped shape CES’s social and digital strategy, launched and executive produced the CES Tech Talk podcast, and worked closely with senior leaders to amplify thought leadership and their digital presence.
Tina came up through large public relations and advertising agencies, including Ketchum and FCB. She worked on high-profile consumer and corporate brands such as Boeing, Kraft Foods, Dow Chemical, and ConAgra, building a strong foundation in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and storytelling.
She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, son and their rescue dog Pepper.
